Recover pillion to match, $100.00 to $200.00. Rebuilding a pillion on these bikes to Kontour Specification is not practical
and will not yield any additional comfort for the passenger. Most
seats with separate and detachable Driver and Pillion sections: $475.00 and $350.00 built to full Kontour
Specification. Recover pillion to match, $200.00. Bikes in this category are most GS, RT and GT. Most dual seats (one piece Driver and Pillion): $575.00 with
the Driver section rebuilt to KonTour Specifiation with the pillion section recovered to match. Add $100.00 to have
the pillion section rebuilt to KonTour Specification. Most
Large Touring Bikes like the BMW K1200LT: $575.00 each for the Driver and Pillion rebuilt to KonTour
Specification, $350.00 to recover the pillion section to match without any foam modifications. GL1800 is $1150.00 and
is available only with full KonTour Specification rebuild of both sections. For riders from 225 to 350 lbs. we recommend considering our
MAGNUM design which adds outrigger wings made from a high density composite. This configuration
will spread pressure over a greater surface area and is 3" wider in the rear of the seat. Add $100.00 to $250.00
for each seat built to MAGNUM specification. The
optional BakUp back rest is available in three different specifications and is quoted depending on the type of bike

2. With the face recovered in our barrier fabric and Polar Mesh.
3. Built to KonTour Specification with barrier, Polar Mesh and dual density
3M visco elastic foam. This configuration is best if you like lots of pressure on your lower back to force you to sit
more upright. The visco will mold to your spine without creating hot spots. While it takes some getting used to, I personally
like this configuration since it dramatically reduces neck and shoulder
fatigue. Please note that
our seats do not require an additional rain cover that others
charge up to $45.00 for each seat! The aluminized one piece polyethylene barrier
fabric located directly underneath Polar Mesh waterproofs the foam. It is glued in place, there are no needle holes or seams
to allow water to penetrate. Polar Mesh is 100% hydrophobic, it cannot wet. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHEAP
SEAT USING INFERIOR MATERIALS LIKE THIN VINYL AND POLYURETHANE FOAM MADE IN CHINA WE ARE NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. WE USE
ISO AND/OR ASTM ENGINEERED/MILITARY SPECIFICATION AND CERTIFIED MATERIALS FROM COMPANIES LIKE 3M and DUPONT, SOURCED
ONLY FROM THE USA.
YOUR SEAT IS UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED FOR LIFE FOR THE ORIGINAL OWNER AGAINST DEFECTS, WEAR AND TEAR AND UV
LIGHT EXPOSURE - something no other aftermarket seat remanufacturer will do. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO EVERY
SEAT WE MANUFACTURE, REGARDLESS OF STYLE. COMFORT GUARANTEE, REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
Send your
seat back any time from 21 to 30 days if you are not comfortable for additional modifications. At
this point we'll make modifications and send it back promptly. After the first modification you'll need to keep your
seat for a minimum of 30 days but no longer than 35. Customer is responsible for pre-paying shipping charges.
If you still aren't happy send it back again any time within 30 to 35 days and we'll make a second
modification and sent it back promptly. Customer is responsible
for pre-paying shipping charges. After the second modification you'll need to keep the seat for a minimum of
30 days but no longer than 35, and if you still aren't happy send it back - and we'll pay for return
shipping, refund your money and at our option either return it to stock with a Polar Mesh cover free of charge or
provide you with an identical like new OEM seat. While low OEM seats can be greatly improved by our process
they cannot ever be made to perform to high comfort specifications inherent in thicker, higher seats unless they are made
wider in the rear. This is also true of ANY of our competitors using ANY TECHNQUES or materials. Any seats requested or
deemed necessary by us in our sole professional opinion to make the customer more comfortable during either OF THE ABOVE
TWO ATTEMPTS at re-fitting - and custom built outside of OEM length, height or width dimensions - are not eligible for a
refund or additional modifications. This no refund or modification policy SPECIFICALLY APPLIES to any low
seats sent to us (seats with less than 2 inches overall OEM foam height) for modification or any seat requested by the customer
to be lowered. We CAN
build very high performing and more comfortable low seats when they are built to wider MAGNUM specification at additional
cost when initially ordered. None of our seats once built can
be upgraded to MAGNUM specification without starting over from scratch with an OEM seat. Heated seats have special issues
which we will not guarantee, please see number 24 in our FAQ's for a more thorough discussion and our policy. In order
to receive a modification at any point the seat must be kept in "like new" condition. Any seat sent back
in less than "like new" condition for modifications will be returned without modifications. We are the sole
authority in establishing the condition of the seat at any point when it is returned to us. This refund and modification
policy only applies to seats originally sent to us with an undamaged cover, foam and seat base all in excellent condition.
Seats initially sent to us in less than excellent condition are not elegible for additional
modifications or refunds.

Turn around time once in our shop is 2-3 days with a production date.
We need your intact OEM seats to work with, we will not work on
any seats that have been previously modified. They must be exactly
as they came from the original equipment manufacturer.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER, DEPOSITS, PAYMENT: When you order a seat we assign a definite
production date and require a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit to hold this date. Full and final payment is due along with your
seat and PRIOR to producing your custom seat. We accept personal checks, money orders or PayPal at KonTourSeat@cs.com only
- sorry, the credit card companies kill us with their fees - but you CAN use a credit card with PayPal. If paying by personal
check return shipping will be delayed up to 10 business days in order for the check to clear. It is your responsibility
to have your UNDAMAGED and intact OEM seat delivered to us prior to the production date. We'll need to know how many seats you are sending to calculate shipping charges which should be included
in final payment. We charge close to actual shipping costs to return your seats, typically in the range of $20.00 to $50.00
anywhere in the US. We only accept shipments
by UPS, DHL or Fed Ex, etc. DO NOT send your seat "signature required" as it
will dramatically delay production of your seat or by US Postal Service as we do not have service at this address!
We do not have time to interrupt production multiple times during the work day to sign for deliveries. Your seat is shipped
to a secure location and your standard shipping receipt provides proof of delivery. We DO NOT DO REPAIRS and any seat received in
less than satisfactory condition or previously modified - in our sole and final opinion - will be returned to the customer
at their cost plus a $50.00 handling fee, or assesed repair fees at our hourly shop rate plus materials. Often times these
fees can far surpass the cost of our remanufacturing process.
Missed production dates due to no deposit, non receipt
of seats on time or no final payment will forfeit the deposit and date and be re-scheduled only with full prepayment at the
time of the new order. Normal turn around time is 2-3 business days, custom orders or large orders including accessories may
take significantly longer. Express shipping and rush order status is available and surcharges will apply. We ship worldwide.
When we custom remanufacture your seat it is completely taken apart, measured, cut into pieces and rebuilt using a
precise process of lamination with extremely strong adhesives which once bonded cannot be separated without special tools
and techniques.
All specifications, polices and prices subject to change. Once any deposit or final
payment has been received prior to construction your order can not be cancelled and the deposit or payment will not be refunded,
